MYcab is the ride board for Nagaland. A rider posts the ride they need in plain words. An association-verified taxi or scooty driver claims it and rings them back.
The fare is settled the way it always was: cash or UPI, in the car, in full. MYcab takes nothing from it.
MYcab is opening on the Kohima–Dimapur corridor · post your job and we will get it to drivers

one airport run
ANTA already fixes the Kohima–Dimapur fare at ₹500 a passenger. The only question is who keeps it.

Aggregators charge 15% to 25%. The rider is theirs, not his.
on MYcab
Paid in his own hand, cash or UPI. The rider is his regular after that.

the problem
His whole business lives in those chats. If the twenty people who have his number do not ride today, he does not earn today.
There is no board, no listing, no number to try. The hotel front desk rings its one guy, and it is not him.
They bring him riders and keep 15% to 25% of a fare the association already fixed. And they keep the rider.
MYcab splits discovery from money. The board finds him riders. The money never leaves his hand.

the board
Four steps, one web page, any phone browser. No app store, no download, no map picker on a 2G connection.
One box, plain words. “tomorrow 6:00 am, Kohima to Dimapur airport, 3 passengers.” No account, no app, no download.
MYcab writes a ready-to-paste card with a claim link. An admin drops it into the driver group he already watches all day.
He taps one green button and the job is his. He sees the rider’s name and number, and rings them before he drives.
Cash or UPI, driver to rider, in full. MYcab never touches a rupee of it, and never asks for a share of it.
Drivers already stare at one screen all day. So every posted job becomes a card an admin can paste straight into the group.
No new habit, no new app, no notification he has to allow. The card lands where he is already looking.

trust
A seat on MYcab is approved by ANTA or a district two-wheeler union. Their stamp is the trust layer, and no company from outside Nagaland can issue it.
Drivers on MYcab are named people with a photo, a vehicle number and a membership number. Not a first name that appears after you have paid.
Riders never make an account. No password, no email, one phone number that only the claiming driver sees.
what MYcab charges
MYcab does not stand between a driver and his money, so it cannot charge a share of it. A seat is bought once instead.
